Facilities

EdTec helps schools understand what their real estate needs will be and assists in developing specific criteria to identify appropriate and affordable real estate to purchase or lease.

We also help the school finance the purchase by finding alternative funding sources (low income investment funds, tax-credits, etc.) and prepare loan packages for schools that meet the requirements of major banks and lending institutions.
